We love buying large quantities of croissants from Costco to make delicious avocado, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Add tomatoes, sliced red onions, and condiments to your sandwich to complete the experience. So good and easy to make!
#10 BBQ Meats with Rice and Veggies
Another great and easy meal is to marinate bbq meats and eat them with rice, veggies, or in between bread. You can use any type of marinated meat or sausages you want. Add sliced cucumber to make the dish healthy and refreshing.
We also like to find meats with out bones so that it’s easier to eat while camping outdoors.

#12 S’Mores
And finally, we have campfire s’mores!
S’mores are an easy and delicious treat that the whole family can enjoy. Get graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate (we like Hershey’s bars) and multiple wire hangers to create these easy treats over a campfire.
Place the marshmallow on an undone wire hanger and toast it over a fire for a few minutes. Make sure you turn it so that it gets hot both inside and outside. Smash the warm marshmallow between two graham crackers with a square of chocolate and voila, you’ve got yourself a warm yummy treat.
